We only considered our own unique product. The product is underwritten by one or more insurers and we have designed it specifically to meet the needs of your trade or business sector.
How we will place your insurance
We will place your insurance directly with the product provider.
You are entitled, at any time, to request information regarding any commission which we may have received as a result of placing your insurance business.
How do I make a complaint
If you have a complaint please call on 0117 922 0420 and speak with Shelley Robertson the Complaints Officer or e-mail your complaint to firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is our intention to resolve any complaints as quickly as possible. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days attaching our complaints procedure and confirming the name and job title of the person dealing with your complaint.
