Please enter your anticipated turnover for the next 12 months. You must endeavour to enter an accurate figure to the best your knowledge (given previous years turnover or contracts that you already know about for the forthcoming 12 months) as this fact is considered material by insurers. It is accepted that this figure may change during the year, you only need to advise us once your policy is live if your anticipated turnover exceeds £75,000 during the policy period.

The role of Production Manager can vary depending the scale of productions managed and we need to make sure that Crew Cover is the right level of insurance protection for you or recommend an appropriate level of insurance based upon your exposure to risk.
Our standard public liability policy covers unlimited work in the EU, 100 days in Rest of World (no more than 90 consecutive days) with US & Canada limited to 30 days forming part of this, during the policy period. Cover for 31 to 60 days in the US is available for an additional charge of £52 including IPT.
We will rely on your answers in deciding whether to accept this insurance. If you give false or misleading answers, we may be entitled to refuse to pay a claim or to treat the insurance as it never existed. Failure to disclose all material information or any change in the information advised (i.e. information likely to influence the assessment of this risk) could invalidate the insurance. If you are in any doubt whether any information is material it should be disclosed.
